Can an add-on go on the same quote as the flight?
Yes, and that is the point of this page. Food and drink on board, a car or a driver on the ground and the boat side of the day sit on the same quote as the aircraft, so there is one total to approve instead of separate bills to chase.
Who flies the aircraft, and who provides the add-on?
Crown Air is an air charter broker and not a direct air carrier.
Every flight is operated by a licensed air carrier that holds its own certificate, and the add-ons are arranged with the suppliers at each end of the trip. One person stays with the booking from the first message to the landing.
What is the difference between on board, on the ground and on the water?
On board is what is loaded before you board and served in the air. On the ground is what is waiting when the door opens, from a car to a private terminal. On the water is where the day carries on by boat, from a dock pickup to the yacht itself.
Can the same add-on be arranged at both ends of the trip?
Yes. A driver can be held for the day at either end, and someone can meet you on the ramp when the door opens. Which end you need it at is part of the request.
What if what I need is not on this list?
